USS Texas Battleship
Filed under: Ships and Vessels, TexasThe USS Texas is a veteran of Vera Cruz and both World Wars. The ship was completed in 1914 and saw action in some of the most important battles of World War II. It is now located at the San Jacinto State Historic Site in La Porte, Texas near Houston.

Wembley Stadium

It re-opened in early 2007 after being demolished and rebuilt starting in 2003.

Simpsons Replica House

The house is located at 712 Red Bark Lane in Henderson, Nevada. It was won in a contest by Barbara Howard of Richmond, KY. Her winning entry was selected from over 15 million nationwide.
The Simpson House is painted yellow and baby blue (inside and out).

Piccadilly Circus

There are many major shops located in the area, such as Virgin Megastore, HMV, and Lillywhites. A cast aluminum sculpture, The Angel of Christian Charity, is located in the circle.
Mentions of Piccadilly Circus are found throughout popular culture such as Austin Powers, Wayne’s World, Bob Marley’s “Kinky Reggae” and others.
